Transfer molds combine two techniques of chocolate-making into one easy process: chocolate molding and application of chocolate transfer. 

With transfer molds you can both shape your chocolates and apply colored cocoa-butter-based designs onto your chocolates at the same time. The colored designs are printed onto molded acetate and then transferred to the melted chocolate when it comes in contact with the design.
