IMPORTANTE:
A tampa deve acompanhar a forma durante todo o processo de assar, mas deve apenas repousar sobre a forma, sem vedar completamente.
Sempre coloque as formas na grade mais baixa do forno.
Set the oven to “BAKE” mode (do not use BROIL, GRILL, or CONVECTION).
Do not preheat the water in the bain-marie — always use room temperature water.
Do not use aluminum foil on top of the molds.
Never let the bain-marie water dry out during baking.
If the lid does not fit:
This may occur due to uneven contraction between the lid and the mold. Ensure the lid accompanies the mold during the entire baking and cooling process.
