Ingredients:
Chocolate Cups:
- 10 oz Dark Chocolate Coating
Pumpkin Spice Filling:
- 8 oz White Chocolate Coating
- 4 oz 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Ground Gloves
Topping:
- White chocolate coating
- Orange sanding sugar
- Large crispies
Tools:
- Small Cup Special Chocolate Mold
- Cake decorating bags or sandwich bags
- Decorating tip
Instructions:
Chocolate Cups
1-Melt the dark chocolate coating until it is smooth and silky.
2- To fill the chocolate molds, it helps to use a cake decorating bag. In a pinch, you can also use a sandwich bag and cut off a corner. Finish making your chocolate cups by using the information in this post we made about it
Filling
You can make this while you wait for the chocolate cups to harden in the fridge.
1-Melt the white chocolate coating until it is smooth and silky.
2- Add the 100% pure pumpkin, cinnamon, and ground clove to the melted white chocolate. Mix everything well until it becomes homogeneous.
3-Place mixture in the fridge for about an hour to thicken.
Decorating:
1- Dip the rim of the chocolate cups into melted white chocolate and then adorn with the orange sanding sugar and allow to dry for a couple of minutes. Tip: you can substitute the white chocolate in this step with glucose syrup.
2-Using a decorating bag and a tip of your choice, fill the chocolate cups with the pumpkin spice filling.
3-Wrap it all up with with decorations of your choice.
