⚙️ Usage Instructions (Based on ViaCheff’s Official Guidelines):

IMPORTANT:

  • The lid must accompany the mold during the entire baking process, but it should only be placed on top — never sealed tightly.

  • Always place the molds on the lowest rack in the oven.

  • The oven must be set to “BAKE” mode (do not use BROIL, GRILL, or CONVECTION).

  • Use room temperature water in the bain-marie — never hot water.

  • Do not cover molds with aluminum foil.

  • Do not let the bain-marie water dry out during baking.


⚠️ Troubleshooting Tips:

If the lid does not fit:

  • This can occur due to uneven contraction between lid and mold. Ensure the lid stays with the mold during baking and cooling.
