⚙️ Usage Instructions:
IMPORTANT:
The lid must accompany the mold during the entire baking process, but should only be supported, not tightly fitted.
Always place the molds on the lowest rack of the oven.
The oven must be set to “BAKE” mode (do not use BROIL, GRILL, or CONVECTION).
Do not heat the water in the bain-marie before baking — always use room temperature water.
Do not use aluminum foil on top of the molds.
Do not let the bain-marie water dry out during the baking process.
⚠️ Troubleshooting Tips:
If the lid does not fit:
Uneven contraction between lid and mold may occur. The lid must stay with the mold throughout baking and cooling.
If the pudding is not ready in time:
Ovens vary in power. Gradually increase temperature and observe the cooking process.
If the product deforms or melts:
The oven temperature may be too high. Lower the temperature and, if needed, increase baking time.
Avoid direct contact between molds or between the molds and the baking pan.
Ensure there is enough water in the bain-marie.
